Licensed Massage Therapist

Momentum Fit is looking for a skilled and relationship-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. We are a private personal training and wellness studio built around individualized care, collaboration, and long-term client relationships. Our massage therapy services are integrated into the broader client experience, allowing our therapists to work alongside strength coaches, health coaches, and other professionals to help clients move better, recover well, manage discomfort, and continue doing the activities that matter to them. This is not a high-volume spa environment. We are looking for someone who wants to know their clients, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful, individualized care. Responsibilities Provide professional, client-centered massage therapy sessions Assess each client’s goals, preferences, discomfort, and relevant health history Adapt sessions based on the client’s needs and response Maintain accurate and timely client notes Communicate professionally with Momentum coaches when coordinated care would benefit the client Educate clients within the massage therapist’s scope of practice Maintain a clean, prepared, and welcoming treatment space Follow all Florida licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and Momentum policies Contribute to a professional, supportive, and team-oriented environment Qualifications Current Florida Massage Therapist license in good standing Professional liability insurance Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and common musculoskeletal concerns Clear and professional communication skills Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable working with active adults, athletes, older adults, and clients managing pain or physical limitations Committed to continuing education and professional growth Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Experience with sports massage, therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, assisted stretching, or Active Release Techniques is valuable but not required.
