Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time and Part TimeThese positions require an active State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Applicants without a current PT license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.HTS is currently seeking TWO Physical Therapists to join the therapy teams at our partner facilities in Louisville, KY. Our supportive and collaborative teams value teamwork and excellence in patient care. We offer a competitive hourly rate for the full-time and part-time position.Position 1The PT in this position will treat at a well-established senior living community located in the heart of historic Old Louisville. This 113-bed facility offers a diverse caseload from rehab to home, long term care, assisted living, independent living and memory care. A dedicated Health & Rehabilitation Center specializes in transitional care and post-acute recovery. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
