Benefits may vary by employment status Responsibilities Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care at all times while maintaining client dignity and independence Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the client’s plan of care and assessed results Accurately document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, physicians, and document progress and outcomes for established goals, keeping them informed of changes in medical condition and needs Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions Qualifications LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing, current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
