Job Title Student Research Assistant Job Family Student Regular Wage, Student Work Study Department Pharmaceutical Sciences Supervisor Mahavir Chougule Job Description Dr. Mahavir Chougule's laboratory in the College of Pharmacy at Mercer University is seeking a motivated PharmD student to join a research laboratory focused on molecular biology techniques and formulation development. This position offers hands‑on experience in research and development aimed at developing innovative therapies for human diseases. Key Responsibilities Assist with laboratory experiments (formulation development, characterization, cell culture, ELISA, Western blot, molecular biology) Maintain accurate research records Analyze data and support ongoing research projects Qualifications Current PharmD student with a background in biological and pharmaceutical sciences Prior experience with laboratory techniques (e.g., tissue culture, flow cytometry, protein analysis, formulation) preferred Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional ethics and research integrity Work Hours 25 hours/week Schedule Hours 25 Start Date 06/23/2026 End Date 08/10/2026 Equal Opportunity Mercer University is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr CHEManager International
