Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Katy, TX

This contract role is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about supporting children from diverse backgrounds in educational settings. Full-time immediate start dates available through the end of the school year. Experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply. Exceptional SLPAs with robust school-based experience may also be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active state licensure; eligible for practice in Texas
• CCC or eligible CFY status preferred
• SLPA applicants must have substantial pediatric & school experience
• School-based experience highly regarded
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills considered a strong asset
• Passion for working with diverse pediatric populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy for students K-12
• Collaborate closely with school teams, teachers, and families to coordinate services and monitor progress
• Maintain documentation per school requirements and best professional practices
• Adapt interventions for virtual, onsite, or hybrid service models
• Provide mentorship or supervision for support staff when needed
