Baggage Agent The Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage. Pay: $14 per hour (paid weekly) Shift: 16 Hours a week The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Responsibilities Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts Ensure baggage tags are correct Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
