What We're Looking ForEducation: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biology, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience developing production bioinformatics pipelines, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience (Candidates with only academic experience will not be considered).Product Focus: Proven experience contributing to actual bioinformatics products, going beyond just building pipelines.Specialized Expertise: Strong background in one or more of the following (Microbial Genomics is highly preferred):Microbial genomics (assembly/metagenomics)Variant calling / large-scale genomicsBulk/single -cell RNA-seq
