Previous experience in a high-volume emergency department. Ability to work in a team environment. Flexibility to rotate through all areas of the emergency department. Description: This position is for an EMT in an emergency department setting. The role is designed for those committed to providing high-quality emergency care. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and mutual support. The emergency department typically has a patient ratio of 4:1 and may increase to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Staff include available techs and unit clerks during both days and nights. Advanced equipment and monitoring systems will be utilized on this unit.
