LHH is seeking a Title Clerk for a contract opportunity in Carmel, IN . This fully onsite position pays $ 18.00/hour and works Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM . We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoy process-driven work. This role focuses heavily on document handling, physical processing, and data entry, with minimal time spent on phones.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates coming from document processing, administrative support, retail, hospitality, serving, bartending, barista, banking, or other high-volume environments where accuracy, efficiency, and multitasking are critical to success.
Responsibilities

• Sort, open, and process incoming mail and title documents
  
• Scan, file, organize, and retrieve large volumes of physical and electronic records
  
• Prepare and package documents for outgoing shipments
  
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
  
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and tracking purposes
  
• Support daily administrative and operational functions
  
• Process repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
  
• Meet production goals in a fast-paced team environment
  

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work
  
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  
• Ability to work onsite in Carmel, IN
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  

Preferred:

• Administrative, clerical, document processing, banking, title, mortgage, insurance, or records management experience
  
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with high transaction or document volume
  
• Customer-facing experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, coffee shops, or similar settings
