Job Description Job Description #10773 Job Description Total Rewards Analyst Dallas, TX | Hybrid Our client is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation, benefits, HR reporting, and total rewards administration. This is a great opportunity for an analytical HR professional looking to grow within compensation and benefits. Responsibilities Support compensation programs, salary benchmarking, reporting, and market analysis Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, open enrollment, and vendor coordination Maintain HRIS and compensation data accuracy Build reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analyses Support payroll coordination, audits, onboarding, and HR compliance initiatives Assist with retirement plan administration and special HR projects Qualifications 2+ years of HR, compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR analytics experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, or ADP preferred Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills Comfortable working in both analytical and administrative functions Familiarity with AI tools/process improvement is a plus Company Description Thomas Edwards Group is an Executive Search Firm specializing in the direct hire and interim placement of Accounting, Finance, HR and IT professionals.
