Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic treatment.

Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers about therapy methods to encourage continuous progress outside of the clinical setting.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary to stay on course for success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Encouraged participation in continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification is mandatory
