Cafe Food Server - (Part-Time) - Wildfire Rancho

Overview Esta posición es una combinación de Ayudante de Camarero, Servidor de Comida y mantenimiento general de la mesa para las Propiedades de Wildfire. Tomar pedidos de alimentos y bebidas e ingresarlos con precisión en la computadora/registro. Servir comidas desde el área de la cocina a las mesas de los Huéspedes de manera efectiva. Asegurar la limpieza de las mesas y mantener su apariencia general, incluidos, entre otros, platos, cubiertos, vasos para bebidas, etc. Completar el trabajo secundario asignado y cualquier tarea adicional. Supervisar la limpieza de la estación asignada, incluidos los pisos, y ayudar a mantener el área libre de escombros. Poseer conocimiento de menú, bebidas, preparación de alimentos y precios. Se requerirá el uso de técnicas de venta sugestivas. Debe cumplir con todos los procedimientos de manejo de efectivo y compensación de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía. Calificaciones Calificaciones: Se prefiere que tenga, uno o dos años de experiencia culinaria previa como mínimo. Debe tener una edad mínima de 21 años. Experiencia con servicio al cliente.
