1st Mill Supervisor

We are seeking a 1st Shift Mill Supervisor to oversee daily machining operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. UP TO $35/HOUR.

1st Mill Supervisor Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$35.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm )

Supervise and support mill department employees on 1st shift
Oversee CNC machining operations including set-ups and troubleshooting
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met
Provide hands-on support with machining processes when needed
Train, coach, and develop team members
Maintain a safe, organized work environment

1st Mill Supervisor Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of machining experience
Strong CNC set-up experience required
CAD/CAM knowledge preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience required

Applicant may be subject to a background check
