The responsibilities of a store clerk include: greeting customers, operating the register, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and other job duties as necessary. Job Duties Interact with customers with a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness of store Operate cash register Greet customers Stock shelves Assist customers Help customers locate products Other duties as assigned Communicate effectively with co‑workers Education and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must obtain/maintain alcohol license. Work Requirements Very organized and detail oriented. Very good communication. Solid and consistent work history.
