General Labor - Basement Restoration

What You'll Do

Perform hands-on restoration, cleanup, and repair work in basements and crawl spaces
Handle heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and debris (up to 75 lbs)
Work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
Operate basic hand tools and follow safety procedures
Assist crew leaders with job setup, waterproofing tasks, and site cleanup
Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with customers and teammates

What You Bring

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
Willingness to work outdoors and in confined spaces
Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused mindset
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred
