Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols.

Evaluate results thoroughly for accuracy, troubleshoot mistakes, and perform maintenance and calibration of lab instruments as necessary.

Assist with specimen collection and ensure preparation of samples for testing is prompt and efficient.

Document all procedures meticulously, onboard and train new staff or students, and contribute to sustaining lab quality standards.

Champion a clean and secure work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation stipulations.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health discipline, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire. Keep current certification throughout your employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for seamless cooperation with healthcare teams are essential.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve problems in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
