M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Pipe Foreman to join our team. This role requires an experienced pipe foreman with pipe installation knowledge who can oversee and lead crews to install sewer, water, and storm drain efficiently and safely on the job sites.

GREAT PAY We offer this position competitive pay. Also $1,000 signing bonus given after a continuous 90-day employment period

Responsibilities

• Follow project plans, specifications, and grades to ensure accurate installation
• Ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA compliant
• Maintain a clean area to work in and help to keep tasks running on time
• Supervise crew to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining a rigorous schedule
• Strong communication with inspectors and management is a must

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a pipe foreman
• Able to read plans, shoot and understand grades, and operate pipe lasers and other equipment
• Valid driver's license
• GPS knowledge and ability to operate heavy machinery
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
