Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Beverly, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed, overseeing unit operations and staff coordination
• Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Float to an affiliated hospital location as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Charge nurse experience required
• Proficiency in Epic EMR required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Must be willing to float to an affiliated hospital location as needed
• Candidates who have worked at this health system (permanent, per diem, or contract) within the last 6 months are not eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level II/III Emergency Department
• Familiarity with Relias learning and competency assessment platforms
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in high-acuity environments
