As a Clinical Nurse (RN) in our Inpatient Orthopedics Unit , you'll play a vital role in delivering specialized care to post-surgical and trauma patients, supporting recovery and mobility outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Support Healing. Elevate Care.

• Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, fractures, and joint replacements.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and case managers to coordinate individualized care plans .
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies based on assessment and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, mobility safety, and long-term recovery practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards .
• Contribute to quality initiatives and interdisciplinary team discussions to enhance patient care delivery.

Job Qualifications: What You Bring to the Team

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program ; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in New Mexico or a participating Compact state.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications in orthopedics or trauma nursing are a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative care environment .
• Ability to handle fast-paced situations and remain focused during high-acuity scenarios.
