Practice Overview

• Join a collegial team of 5 family medicine providers, 2 internists, 5 nurse practitioners, 3 pediatricians, and 6 OBGYNs
• Practice outpatient pediatric medicine.
• Average daily volume of 18-20 patients, with 2 MAs supporting your clinic flow
• Shared pediatric call rotation with approximately six 24-hour call days per month and light volume

Schedule

• Choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week.
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Call is optional and taken from home, with a call room available if preferred.
• No deliveries; hospitalist group manages admissions

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $280,000-$325,000
• $10,000 relocation assistance plus reimbursement for California license and DEA fees
• 25 days of paid time off and a $3,000 annual CME allowance
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), malpractice with tail, and eligibility for federal and California loan repayment programs

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Open to early-career or experienced pediatricians with mentorship available.
• Comfortable managing well-child care and acute visits
