What You’ll Gain

Requirements
We’re looking for motivated professionals who are competitive, coachable, and ready to grow.
- Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
- Strong follow-through, time management, and personal accountability
- Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain them
- Networking, marketing, or client development experience preferred
