Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift contract at a large hospital in Atlanta, GA, with candidates required to live more than 50 miles from the facility.

• Work in a Respiratory Care and Diagnostic Services unit at a large hospital in Atlanta, GA
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Schedule runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Current Respiratory Therapist license (license required if applicable)
• Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
• EMR experience required, as listed per relevant work history
• Valid Driver's License required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
• Any RTO requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
• First-time travelers may be considered, though candidates available to start within 2–3 weeks will be prioritized
