We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our accounting and operations teams. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build hands‑on experience in accounting, finance, and business operations. The right candidate is organized, consistent, and comfortable following structured processes. Key Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and collections Perform collections outreach via phone and email to follow up on past‑due accounts Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) , including entering and tracking vendor bills Record and apply customer payments accurately in the accounting system Assist with bank deposits and reconciliation tasks Support payroll processing as needed (via ADP) Assist with expense tracking and recording in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Maintain organized and accurate financial records Communicate with internal team members regarding account statuses and discrepancies Support general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required; coursework in accounting, business, or finance is a plus Minimal experience required – entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or ADP is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills (especially for collections and follow‑ups) Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks consistently Comfortable working in an in‑office, team‑oriented environment What We’re Looking For Someone dependable who shows up and follows through Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to handle collections professionally and confidently A team player who can support multiple departments when needed Why Join Hoods Unlimited Hands‑on experience in real‑world accounting and operations Opportunity to grow within a fast‑paced, growing companySupportive team environment with clear expectations Generous PTO policy Additional Information This position does not include health insurance benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
