HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns. Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service Location: On Site Certification: IAT Level 1 Shift: Monday - Friday 7pm-3am GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match Comprehensive health and wellness packages Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications Cutting-edge technology you can learn from The likely hourly rate for this position is between $39.11 - $52.90. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
