• Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions using evidence-based medicine
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care protocols
• Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures including spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries
• Interpret diagnostic results including bloodwork, urinalysis, and radiographs - we do not currently have ultrasound but would be willing to add ultrasound capabilities if interested.
• Educate and communicate with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible Nebraska State Veterinary License
• DEA license or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and client education abilities
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to animal welfare

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive and transparent package designed to match the Omaha market, support your current lifestyle, and build future wealth:

• Partnership Track: A 5-year pathway to equity and clinic buy-in.
• Mentorship Program: Hands‑on guidance for new graduates tailored to your confidence level.
• Continuing Education: Generous CE allowance.
• Time Off: 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually.
• Healthcare & Retirement: QSEHRA medical, dental, and vision insurance reimbursement up to $500 per month alongside a 401(k) with employer match.
