Leasing Consultant

Location Cary/Morrisville area, NC - join us at one of our beautiful Bexley communities. Pay Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) and increase based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses. Schedule Weekdays 9-6, Saturdays 9-5, Sundays Closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team). What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks—and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel. You will be expected to handle administrative tasks, address resident concerns, and help with property appearance. Everyone does a little bit of everything. You’ll sometimes work outside standard hours to support resident events or assist during weather challenges. This job is about more than just sales – it’s about service, community, and teamwork.
