Position: Certified Reach Truck Forklift Operators Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Little Rock, Arkansas Job Duties Operate Crown reach truck in high-bay and narrow-aisle racking to load, unload, stack, and retrieve pallets at varying elevations, including top-level rack positions. Control mast functions (lift, lower, tilt) and extend/retract forks to ensure precise load placement and stability. Align forks with pallet entry points to prevent damage to racking systems, product, and equipment. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using material handling equipment and manual methods as required. Utilize RF scanning systems to track inventory movement, verify counts, confirm labeling accuracy, and update warehouse management systems (WMS). Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical deficiencies, identify product discrepancies or damage, and maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards. Requirements 1–2 years of Reach Truck Forklift operating experience required. 1-2 years in RF (Radio Frequency) scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Capability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.
