Portfolio Manager

The Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager will play a critical role on the commercial lending team in Central Arkansas by: Working closely with relationship managers, underwriters, credit analysts, loan operations, and external partners to support or oversee the service and documentation of commercial loan relationships Engaging borrowers to obtain required financial information while reviewing all submitted documentation for accuracy and eligibility Performing underwriting summaries for new and renewal commercial loan requests to support sound credit decisions Assisting in covenant tracking and financial ratio stress testing to ensure ongoing compliance and identification of emerging risks Providing oversight on project-related activities, including construction inspections, documentation review, and progress reporting to confirm adherence to approved terms and timelines Conducting stress testing and concentration reporting on loan portfolios To excel as a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, you will need a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills.
