• Assist customers by answering questions and identifying their needs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
• Provide customer feedback and observations to management.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current company offerings and brand standards.
