Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Unbore Foods is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement based in Delhi, OH, allowing for a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and category disruption. Daily responsibilities include planning and running campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing brand positioning and messaging, coordinating with sales and product teams, and analyzing performance data to optimize initiatives. The Marketing Manager also oversees agency and vendor relationships, manages marketing budgets, and ensures consistent brand communication across packaging, in-store activations, and online content. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing plans that support the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications Experience in brand management, positioning, and messaging for FMCG or consumer products. Skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution. Proficiency in digital marketing practices such as social media, performance marketing, and content-driven campaigns. Ability to interpret consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to guide marketing decisions. Strong communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills for consumer-facing materials. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external partners or agencies. Comfort working with data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. Prior experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or retail-focused brands is advantageous.
