- Perform quality inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work alongside the chemistry lab to verify formulations and ensure recipes are mixed in the correct proportions.
- Measure product density and verify products meet EPA registration requirements (within required tolerances).
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns before products move forward.
- Understand and operate PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and laboratory teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
- Experience in a manufacturing quality or laboratory environment preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience required.
- Quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
- Experience operating or working around automated manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of PLC-controlled equipment is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Machine operation experience is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
- Comfortable working with measurements, documentation, and quality standards.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or another science-related field is welcomed.
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, even without prior industry experience.
