Janitorial Supervisor

AWS/CES is hiring for a Janitorial Supervisor


Location: Roanoke, IN


Pay: $23.00/hour


Type: Temp-to-Hire


Shift: 2nd Shift

• Works every weekend
• Off every Wednesday and Thursday
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Assign daily work.
• Inspect work quality.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinate maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed.

Work Environment

• Exposure to wet/humid conditions.
• Moving machinery.
• High places.
• Chemicals and fumes.
• Outdoor weather conditions.
• Loud noise.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Six months to one year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
