As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state; must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
