Sports & Rehab Focus| Full-Time | $100K-$115K + Bonuses
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our established and growing practice in Westport, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for a PT with an interest or background in sports medicine, soft tissue therapy, injury rehabilitation, and performance care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping active patients recover quickly, move better, and perform at their highest level. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on care, one-on-one patient relationships, and working in a collaborative clinical environment.
This position is ideal for a PT with experience or interest in sports chiropractic, functional rehab, dry needling, soft tissue work, and athletic performance care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive new patient evaluations and re-exams
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provide quality therapy, soft tissue treatments, and rehab-based care
• Prescribe home exercise and mobility programs
• Treat sports injuries, overuse conditions, and performance limitations
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Communicate with support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree and active Connecticut license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest or experience in sports medicine and rehab care
• Soft tissue therapy and/or needling experience preferred
• Passion for movement-based healthcare and results-driven treatment

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$115,000 base salary plus Bonus compensation opportunities
