If you have experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you!Location: New Holstein, WI Pay: $22.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)Available Shifts:2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM Training for 3rd shift will temporarily take place on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd.What You'll DoFollow all safety procedures and company policies.Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications.Set up and operate welding equipment.Produce high-quality fabricated metal parts that meet quality standards.Inspect finished products using measuring tools and drawings.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of current MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred.Experience welding multiple materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and weld specifications preferred.Welding certificate or technical college training is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.Proven commitment to workplace safety.Why Apply?Competitive pay based on experienceFull-time, steady employmentOpportunity to work with a skilled manufacturing teamSupportive work environment focused on quality and safetyRoom for growth and advancementReady to put your welding skills to work?
