ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with the Tennessee Titans and served in the Marine Corps, bringing discipline, leadership, and a team-first mindset into the business.

I attended Lipscomb University and am married with three kids. We enjoy spending time outdoors and attending sporting events together. We stay involved in the community through our church and various humanitarian efforts.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Clayton Blunt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
