We're hiring motivated team members for the 2026 season. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a growing local business.

What You'll Do

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential lawns
• Operate commercial lawn equipment and ride-on machines
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work independently while staying part of a team
• Help customers achieve healthier lawns all season long

• +$2/hour for applicants with a valid Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator License

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and hardworking
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Able to lift 50 lbs and walk throughout the day
• Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
