About the Role

The Company is in search of an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the execution of its strategic plan for the digital assets business line. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of product offerings, providing analytical support for business development, and contributing to the risk control framework. This role requires close collaboration with the Client Success Manager, Relationship Managers, and other business units within the company. Key responsibilities include monitoring policies, controls, and risk frameworks, building and maintaining reporting and analytics capabilities, and supporting the planning and launch of new digital asset products. The Operations Manager will also serve as a subject matter expert on crypto-related assets, stablecoin, tokenization, and blockchain technology, and will be involved in client-facing activities and business development efforts. Applicants for the Operations Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years' of experience in banking operations, credit, or risk management, including direct experience in a digital asset business line. The role demands a strong background in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset market dynamics, as well as experience in developing and implementing policies, controls, and risk frameworks for a regulated financial services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and managing high-risk client onboarding. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills are essential, as is the ability to manage cross-functional relationships. Preferred qualifications include experience in the digital asset banking lifecycle, leading client discovery calls, and a background in portfolio analysis or investment management.
