Windward is committed to building a nurturing, inclusive culture. Program Overview Windward School is seeking an experienced Girls Flag Football Program Lead to join the Athletics Department . The program lead will oversee and help continue to grow our emerging program, foster a positive team culture, and teach the values of leadership, sportsmanship, and resilience through athletics. This position offers the opportunity to shape a competitive and inclusive program that supports the physical, social, and emotional development of student-athletes within the mission of an independent school community. Responsibilities Oversee and continue to grow the Girls Flag Football program. Develop scholar‑athletes and promote a positive team culture. Teach leadership, sportsmanship, and resilience values through athletics. Qualifications Minimum of four years’ prior high school or college coaching experience. Knowledge of the CIF‑SS Blue Book. Prioritization of the health and safety of scholar‑athletes. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation Salary Range: $28.00–$75.00 per hour, depending on experience.
