Summary The Health Information Clerk will contribute to LIFECORE Health Group’s progress to excellence by ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility for our patient’s health record. Responsibilities Process all requests for release of medical information. Maintain monthly logs. Generate reports. Observe confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information. Scanning & Importing Provide excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school education Demonstrate good organizational skills with ability to prioritize work and work independently.
