MissionHires is looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Specialist on behalf of a company. This in-office role will optimize sales processes, manage pipeline reporting and forecasting, administer sales tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and operational alignment.
How You'll Contribute
- Manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales KPIs, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and performance.
- Select, deploy, administer, and support sales automation and CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and profitability to identify performance improvements and new business opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, Legal, and Sales to align sales activities and processes.
- Support the design and execution of sales campaigns with the sales team.
- Oversee and execute applicable government administrative and compliance processes.
- Train and onboard new sales representatives on CRM systems, sales processes, and essential sales tools.
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and process standards while supporting continuous improvement across the team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within a global high-tech environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with sales automation and CRM platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, Tableau, SQL, or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and business acumen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented, data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to work in an office-based environment when not traveling.
