Float Occupational Therapist
UPMC
UPMC is seeking a Float Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you’ll assess functional abilities, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and facilitate safe discharge planning. You will float between units and sites to support variable census and clinical needs, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient and family education, documentation in the EMR, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
