Male Overnight Caregiver NeededHelping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, well-groomed, and experienced male caregiver for a client-specific overnight case. This position is ideal for someone who is calm, patient, attentive, and confident supporting clients with dementia or Alzheimer's-related needs during overnight hours.This is a non-medical in-home caregiving role focused on safety supervision, personal care, companionship, emotional reassurance, and maintaining a calm overnight environment.Client preferences include a musical background strongly preferred, singing, choir, band, instrument experience, or comfort using music to create a calm environment. Required for this client are CPR certification, First Aid certification, and dementia or Alzheimer's care experience preferred.As an overnight caregiver, you will help ensure the client remains safe, calm, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You must remain alert during the full shift, provide respectful hands-on support as needed, use dementia-friendly communication techniques, and report any changes appropriately.The ideal candidate will be able to manage nighttime confusion, restlessness, sundowning behaviors, anxiety, fall prevention, and overnight personal care needs.Key responsibilities include overnight safety supervision, dementia and Alzheimer's support, personal care assistance, companionship and emotional support, music-supported care, meal, snack, and hydration support, light housekeeping related to care, documentation and communication, and transportation.Required qualifications include minimum 5 years of caregiving experience, experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or a related setting, ability to provide personal care confidently and respectfully, excellent attendance and punctuality, calm demeanor, patience, and sound judgment, professional appearance and excellent hygiene, reliable transportation, ability to follow directions, care plans, and documentation procedures, and must complete all onboarding requirements.Applicants must be able to provide a copy of high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, copy of birth certificate, Social Security card, proof of auto insurance, if transportation is required, and pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and reference verification.What we offer includes competitive pay: $25.00 per hour, full-time and part-time opportunities, consistent overnight scheduling, supportive office team, clear expectations and structured communication, meaningful one-on-one client care, and professional and respectful work environment.To apply, text or call View phone number on click.appcast.io and include your full name, Male Overnight Caregiver (7 PM - 7 AM), your availability, a brief summary of your caregiving experience, dementia or Alzheimer's experience, if applicable, and your musical background, if applicable.
