Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. This role will be responsible for performing a complete physical inventory count, conducting cycle counts, managing inbound and outbound inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory records within an ERP system. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is comfortable working with inventory management systems, and understands best practices for inventory control.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform and reconcile 100% physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.\nExecute regular cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.\nReceive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.\nPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.\nMaintain inventory records within an ERP system (NetSuite experience preferred).\nSupport warehouse organization and inventory control initiatives.\nEnsure materials are accurately labeled, stored, and tracked.\nHourly rate expectation is $20/hr
