Director of Admissions

We treat our residents like family, and we're seeking a dedicated Director of Admissions to lead our admission process with compassion and kindness. As a Director of Admissions at Piketon Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the admission process, communicating with prospective residents and their family members, insurance companies, and referral sources
Lead community tours, building relationships with local hospitals and other referral sources
Track and implement data into tracking spreadsheets, ensuring accurate records
Manage and coordinate community PR events, promoting our facility and services
Perform minor travel, with no overnight stays required
Update facility social media pages, sharing our story and services with the community
Ensure customer satisfaction after admission and communicate with residents after discharge
Requirements:
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Characteristics: Energetic, dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and compassionate with a kind heart
