Coordinator - Global Recruiting Operations

Job Overview Beratung, one of the top international management consultancy firms, seeks a Business Performance Manager to support RTN’s financial and budgeting framework and drive business performance within the Global Business Development and Technology team. Responsibilities Own RTN’s business performance framework. Manage monthly and annual financial accounting, including cost and revenue recognition. Oversee the annual financial planning and forecasting, including the budgeting process. Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as an escalation point for all financial process matters (e.g., invoice discrepancies). Develop best‑in‑class analytical capabilities, creating pricing engines, automated KPI dashboards, and other tools to provide data‑backed insights to RTN leadership and regional operations. Qualifications University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Experience managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts. Extensive experience in finance departments, managing business performance / FP&A activities such as accounts payable/receivable, and revenue recognition. Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast performance, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Experience managing a team and collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills. Fluent in English.
