Job Summary As a Primary Care Physician, you will apply and modify medical principles and techniques to provide comprehensive patient care. You will work closely with the Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure delivery of quality services, help meet company objectives, and continually improve patient care processes. Why Join InnovaCare Health • Make a tangible difference in patient lives through dedicated, high‑quality care• Work with cutting‑edge technology that enhances care delivery and patient experience• Grow professionally in a supportive environment that values diversity, innovation, and continuous learning• Enjoy a collaborative team culture that honors collaborative problem‑solving Physician Benefits Competitive compensation and bonus structure Matching 401(k) and comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans Four‑day workweek with paid CME opportunities (up to $3,500) Professional development and advancement opportunities Malpractice insurance and tail coverage Relocation and sign‑on bonus options Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and a culture of innovation Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide medical treatment to patients and chart all patient interactions per company policies Collaborate with medical assistants to maintain regulatory compliance Coordinate with medical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care and client services Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional guidelines and internal quality‑assurance processes Identify and contribute solutions to intra‑ and inter‑departmental challenges Protect clinic assets and property from loss or waste Participate in special medical projects and services (e.g., on‑site services) Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain professional affiliations Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from a U.S. accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatric Medicine Valid, unrestricted state medical license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) Active/Unrestricted DEA license BLS certification Preferred Qualifications Two years’ experience in an out‑patient setting Active/Unrestricted Medicare and Medicaid numbers Experience with Commercial and Medicare Advantage patient management (Value‑Based Care) Knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines and billing processes Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and critical‑thinking abilities Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and EMR (Athena, etc.) Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Teams Ability to move and manipulate patients and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Comprehensive knowledge of professional medical practices and patient treatments Familiarity with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures Proficiency in medical equipment, safety hazards, and precautions Strong record‑keeping, report writing, and correspondence skills Commitment to medical quality assurance and control standards Effective interpersonal skills for building relationships with patients, staff, and the public Calm, objective, and effective response in emergency situations Excellent telephone manners and etiquette Strong organizational and detail orientation abilities Team‑working and motivational capabilities All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
