Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license to practice as an SLP
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing services in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tests and observation
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to address students’ specific needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance students’ educational experiences
• Document progress and maintain clear, timely records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, delivering professional input and recommendations
• Provide support, guidance, and resources to educators and families regarding communication strategies
