Retail Sales Associate

Address: 3202 N First St., Abilene, Texas 79603 Pay range: $14.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service in person and over the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions of pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools, firearms, and other commonly pawned items. Perform opening and closing store duties, including cash handling and maintaining store security. Maintain professionalism, adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Ability to multitask and handle paper/ electronic transactions efficiently. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Familiarity with pawned items is a plus.
