# ServerCity Tap Fort Point, LLC - Boston, MA 02210## Description**Summary**Serves food and alcohol to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Describes menu and daily specials* Takes orders and enters them into the POS system* Delivers beer/wine lists* May open and pour wine when serving guests* Make sure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals* Observes diners to ensure they are satisfied with food and service* Responds to additional requests* Rings up bill and accepts payment or refers guests to cashier* May assist bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables* Possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge* Prepares table and maintains throughout service* Runs food quickly and accurately* Communicates with the kitchen* Manages section and service* Maintains side work throughout shift* Attends required trainings and meetings* Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests## QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
